The arrangement that applies
These general terms apply unless a written service arrangement gives you more specific terms. Before payment, the private request will identify the agreed service and link to this policy. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before work begins
If a cancellation reaches Angkor Healing before any agreed work has begun, the payment for that work will be refunded in full. Please make the request as soon as possible using the contact details below and include the payment reference.
After work has begun
Work already delivered is not refundable. If a programme or multi-stage service is cancelled after it begins, any undelivered future portion will be stopped and the refundable balance, if any, will be calculated from the written arrangement.
When work is considered to have begun
For a scheduled Mental & Emotional Transformation session, work begins at the agreed session time. For Physical Rejuvenation or an individual session received in the background, it begins when commencement is confirmed. For 5D Feng Shui, it begins when supplied property material is reviewed or assessment work starts.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
A scheduled session may be moved by agreement before it begins. If you cannot attend or receive it as arranged, contact Angkor Healing promptly. Once the agreed session has begun or been delivered, it is treated as completed.
If Angkor Healing must cancel
If Angkor Healing cannot provide agreed work and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, payment for the undelivered work will be refunded in full.
Duplicate, mistaken or incorrect payments
Contact Angkor Healing promptly with the payment reference. A verified duplicate payment, or an amount taken in error, will be returned after the transaction has been checked.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are requested through the original payment method wherever available. Angkor Healing will initiate an approved refund promptly, but the time taken to appear depends on ABA PayWay, the bank, card network or wallet provider. Exchange-rate differences and provider charges outside Angkor Healing’s control may affect the amount received.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Write to the contact below with your name, payment reference, the agreed service and a short explanation. A direct response will confirm whether work has begun, what can be stopped and any refund that applies.
