ANGKOR HEALING

Terms of Service

Clear terms for a private arrangement: what is being offered, how it is delivered, how payment is confirmed and what each person is responsible for.

Angkor Wat at dawn
Effective date31 July 2026
Version1.0
Registration number5000470967

Before an arrangement begins

These terms apply to AngkorHealing.com and to services supplied under the Angkor Healing name by ANGKOR QUANTUM FENG SHUI & HEALING. Any service-specific written arrangement forms part of these terms. If a service-specific term conflicts with a general term, the service-specific term applies to that arrangement to the extent of the conflict.

Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

1. The Company and acceptance of these terms

ANGKOR QUANTUM FENG SHUI & HEALING, Registration No. 5000470967, of Trapeang Treng, Sala Kamreuk, Siem Reap, Siem Reap, Cambodia, operates AngkorHealing.com under the Angkor Healing name. In these terms, “Angkor Healing” and “the Company” refer to that legal entity.

You accept the terms that apply to an arrangement when you confirm the arrangement in writing, sign or electronically accept them, tick the acceptance control on a private payment request, make payment after being given access to them, or receive work after agreeing that it should begin. If you do not accept them, do not proceed.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you arrange or pay for work for another adult, a child, a company, a trust, a property owner or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to supply the relevant information.

Angkor Healing can ask for reasonable evidence of identity, authority, ownership or consent and can decline an enquiry where suitability, authority, safety, legality or practical delivery is unclear.

3. The nature of the work

Angkor Healing offers complementary wellbeing and energy work on the body, the mind and emotions, and the places people live or work in. The work is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, tax, investment or financial service.

Angkor Healing does not diagnose, treat or cure a medical or mental-health condition and does not replace qualified professional care. Do not delay, stop or alter prescribed treatment because of this website, a session, a testimonial or a conversation with Angkor Healing. Medication is a matter for the person who prescribed it.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified professional rather than waiting for a reply or session.

4. How the different services are delivered

Physical Rejuvenation and condition-specific individual sessions are delivered remotely in the background while the client continues ordinary life. They are not booked as a lying-down appointment unless a written arrangement expressly says otherwise.

Mental & Emotional Transformation is booked for an agreed time and received lying down somewhere quiet and undisturbed. Nothing needs to be performed, practised, visualised or believed during the session.

5D Feng Shui is work on a home, long-term rental, office, business, land or farm. It can involve review of information about the place, an assessment, recommendations and work carried out remotely or, if expressly agreed, in person. The exact scope is confirmed in writing.

5. Individual experience and no guaranteed outcome

Responses to complementary wellbeing and energy work differ. No particular physical, mental, emotional, relationship, business, financial, property or other outcome is promised or guaranteed, and no promise is made that a result will occur within a stated time.

Testimonials and client stories describe the writer’s subjective experience. They are not medical evidence, professional advice or a prediction of what another client will experience. You remain responsible for deciding whether the work is appropriate for you and for obtaining qualified advice where needed.

6. Enquiries, suitability and refusal

An enquiry is not an acceptance, booking or promise to provide work. A direct conversation is used to understand what you want to be different and whether the requested work appears to be an appropriate shape for that request.

Angkor Healing can decline, pause or end an arrangement where the request is outside scope, information is materially incomplete or misleading, payment is not made, behaviour is abusive or unsafe, professional care appears more appropriate, a conflict exists, or the work cannot responsibly or lawfully be provided. Any refund for undelivered work is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the written arrangement.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, disclose anything reasonably relevant to safe and practical delivery, follow the agreed receiving arrangements, keep contact details current and seek appropriate professional assistance where needed.

You remain responsible for ordinary decisions about health, medication, travel, accommodation, relationships, finances, business, property and personal safety. Nothing supplied by Angkor Healing transfers that responsibility.

8. Scope, fees and written arrangements

There is no public price list. The scope, agreed amount, currency, timing and any service-specific cancellation or delivery term are confirmed privately before payment or before the work begins.

A proposal, message, invoice or private payment request may describe the service in discreet general terms. Sensitive wellbeing history and unnecessary property detail are not included in bank metadata. Unless expressly stated, an estimate or preliminary conversation is not a promise to hold a date or begin work.

9. Invoices and private payment requests

A private payment request is created only after the service and amount have been agreed. It uses an opaque, expiring link and displays server-authoritative information, including the client or invoice reference, service description, amount, currency and request status. You must not attempt to alter, share, automate or misuse another person’s payment link.

An invoice or payment request remains unpaid until Angkor Healing has verified the result through the payment provider. A browser return, screenshot, bank instruction, pending authorisation or client-side success message is not final proof that cleared payment has been received.

An expired, abandoned or cancelled request can be revoked and, where the underlying arrangement remains open, replaced with a new request. Cancellation of an unpaid link records that the payment request was not completed; it does not erase the invoice or accounting record and does not itself cancel work that has already begun.

10. ABA PayWay and payment processing

Online payments are processed through ABA PayWay. PayWay, the relevant bank, card network or wallet can apply its own security checks, limits, exchange process and terms. Angkor Healing does not receive or store the card, bank-login or wallet credentials entered with PayWay.

A transaction can be declined, delayed, reversed or placed under review by a payment provider. Angkor Healing is not responsible for a provider’s independent decision, system availability or exchange rate, but will correct its own record when reliable transaction evidence shows that the recorded status is wrong.

You are responsible for charges imposed by your own bank, card issuer or wallet provider unless the written arrangement expressly says otherwise.

11. When work begins and when it is delivered

For Mental & Emotional Transformation, work begins at the agreed session time. Please be lying down somewhere quiet and undisturbed by that time. A session can be treated as delivered once the agreed period has been provided, even if you fall asleep or do not notice a particular sensation.

For Physical Rejuvenation and a condition-specific individual session received in the background, work begins when commencement is confirmed and is delivered according to the agreed window while ordinary life continues.

For 5D Feng Shui, work begins when Angkor Healing starts reviewing supplied property material, carries out an assessment or begins another agreed stage. Delivery can include a written or spoken response, recommendations, remote work on the place, or another output identified in the arrangement.

12. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. A service-specific written arrangement can add or improve cancellation rights and can define stages for a programme or property project.

A request to reschedule or cancel must be made promptly using the contact details supplied for the arrangement and should include the invoice or payment reference. Work already delivered is not refundable. Any refund for an undelivered future portion is assessed under the written arrangement, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

An approved refund is normally requested through the original payment method. The time taken to appear can depend on PayWay, a bank, card network or wallet provider. A duplicate or incorrect payment will be investigated and corrected once the transaction has been verified.

13. Additional terms for 5D Feng Shui

You confirm that you own the place, occupy it lawfully or have authority from the owner or responsible organisation to commission the work and provide plans, images and information about it. You must have permission to share information concerning another occupant, employee, tenant, customer or owner.

Recommendations are complementary and discretionary. Before altering a building, electrical or plumbing system, land, business process, lease, safety arrangement or regulated activity, obtain any owner consent, permit and advice required from an appropriately qualified professional. Angkor Healing does not inspect structural integrity, title, boundaries, environmental conditions, code compliance or commercial viability.

No promise is made that work on a place will produce a particular health, relationship, occupancy, sale, profit, yield or investment result. You decide whether and how to implement a recommendation and remain responsible for contractors, purchases, permissions, safety and cost.

14. Confidentiality and privacy

Angkor Healing treats enquiries, service information and property material as private and limits access to what is reasonably needed for delivery, administration, payment, accounting, security or legal compliance. Confidentiality can be limited where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect someone from serious harm, or needed to obtain confidential professional advice.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information, sensitive wellbeing information, payment records and property material are handled. By proceeding, you acknowledge that policy; consent is sought separately where consent is the appropriate basis for a particular use.

15. Website and service materials

Unless a written arrangement says otherwise, Angkor Healing retains intellectual-property rights in the website, methods, original written materials, graphics, reports, recordings and templates. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use material supplied specifically to you for the purpose identified in the arrangement.

You must not sell, publish, train a model on, reproduce commercially, misrepresent, remove attribution from or distribute protected material without written permission. You retain ownership of material that you supply and grant Angkor Healing the limited permission needed to use it for the enquiry and agreed work.

16. Testimonials and publicity

A testimonial, client story, image, recording or identifiable property example is used publicly only with separate permission. Agreeing to receive or pay for a service does not grant marketing permission. Where anonymity is promised, identifying details are withheld to the extent reasonably possible.

17. Website availability and third-party services

Reasonable care is taken with the website and private payment flow, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Access can be paused for maintenance, security, legal compliance or events outside reasonable control.

Links, messaging platforms, banks, PayWay and other independent services are governed by their own terms. Angkor Healing is responsible for its own conduct and systems, not for an independent provider’s content, availability or decision.

18. Responsibility and limits

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that principle, Angkor Healing is not responsible for an indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the arrangement was made, or for loss caused by inaccurate information, unauthorised instructions, failure to seek appropriate professional care, misuse of a private link, or an independent provider outside Angkor Healing’s reasonable control.

Where the law permits a remedy to be limited, Angkor Healing can choose to provide the service again or refund the amount paid for the affected, undelivered or materially deficient part of the service, as appropriate in the circumstances. This paragraph does not reduce any mandatory consumer right.

19. Events outside reasonable control

A delay caused by serious illness, natural disaster, war, civil disturbance, government action, utility or communications failure, payment-network outage or another event outside reasonable control is not a breach while the effect continues, provided reasonable steps are taken to communicate and reduce the disruption. If the service cannot be rearranged, any undelivered paid portion is handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

20. Ending an arrangement

Either party can end an arrangement in accordance with its written cancellation terms. Angkor Healing can suspend or end work immediately for non-payment, misuse, threats, unlawful conduct, material dishonesty, lack of authority, serious safety concern or a material breach that is not corrected after reasonable notice where notice is appropriate.

Ending an arrangement does not erase accrued payment obligations, completed work, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property rights, accounting records or another term that is intended to continue. Any payment adjustment remains subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and mandatory rights.

21. Complaints, governing law and disputes

A concern should first be sent to legal@angkorhealing.com with enough detail and the relevant reference for a direct review. Angkor Healing will try to respond and resolve the issue in good faith.

These terms and an arrangement with the Company are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country and cannot lawfully be excluded. Unless a mandatory law gives another court authority, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cambodia.

22. Electronic communications and records

You agree that notices, service confirmations, terms, invoices, receipts, payment-status messages and other records can be provided electronically using the contact details supplied. An electronic acceptance, server timestamp, audit entry, verified payment event or email record can be retained as evidence of the arrangement, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping contact details current and for saving copies needed for your own records. A formal legal notice to the Company should be sent to legal@angkorhealing.com and by post where the law requires postal service.

23. General terms and changes

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is adjusted or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You cannot transfer an arrangement without written consent; the Company can transfer it as part of a lawful business reorganisation if your rights are not materially reduced.

The written service arrangement, these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy form the agreement about the service and replace earlier statements about the same subject. A change to an existing arrangement must be agreed or permitted by law. Updated website terms apply prospectively from the effective date shown unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

© 2026 Angkor HealingImportant. Angkor Healing is a complementary wellbeing practice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and it does not replace care from a qualified medical professional. Where sessions describe physical, mental or emotional change, that refers to comfort, function and how a person feels — not to medical outcomes. Individual experiences vary and no particular result is promised. Continue any care your doctor has recommended. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
