At a glance
Angkor Healing asks only for information reasonably needed to answer an enquiry, decide whether the work is suitable, arrange and deliver an agreed service, issue an invoice or receipt, process a private payment, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Personal information is not sold. Sensitive wellbeing information is not placed in payment descriptions, bank metadata or accountant exports. Payment credentials are entered with ABA PayWay and are not received or stored by Angkor Healing.
1. Who is responsible for your information
ANGKOR QUANTUM FENG SHUI & HEALING, Registration No. 5000470967, operates AngkorHealing.com under the Angkor Healing name and is the controller of personal information described in this policy.
The registered contact address is Trapeang Treng, Sala Kamreuk, Siem Reap, Siem Reap, Cambodia. Privacy and legal questions can be sent to legal@angkorhealing.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to AngkorHealing.com, direct enquiries, consultations, Physical Rejuvenation, Mental & Emotional Transformation, individual sessions, 5D Feng Shui work on a home, rental, office, business, land or farm, private payment requests, invoices, receipts and related communications.
A third-party website, bank, wallet, messaging service or payment page has its own privacy terms. This policy does not control how an independent provider uses information supplied directly to that provider.
3. Information that may be collected
The information needed depends on the enquiry and the work. Not every category below is collected from every person.
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, country, email address, telephone number and preferred messaging channel.
- Enquiry and correspondence information, including what you would like to be different, availability, time zone and messages exchanged before, during or after an arrangement.
- Wellbeing information that you choose to provide and that is reasonably relevant to suitability, delivery or safety. This can be sensitive personal information.
- Service information, such as the agreed type of work, dates, practical instructions, delivery status and concise practitioner or administrative notes.
- Property information for 5D Feng Shui, which may include an address or general location, plans, photographs, videos, room use, occupancy history, business use, land or farm information, and observations supplied for the assessment.
- Transaction and accounting information, such as the agreed amount and currency, invoice or receipt details, payment reference, payment status, provider transaction identifier, refund status and the minimum client details needed for a lawful business record.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, security logs, request timestamps and strictly necessary cookie or local-storage data.
4. Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you through an enquiry, conversation, message, document, private payment flow or service delivery. Transaction status can also come from ABA PayWay or another bank or payment provider used for the agreed transaction. Technical information can be generated automatically when the website or payment route is used.
For work on a place, information may also come from a co-owner, tenant, architect, agent, employee or other person whom you authorise to supply it. You are responsible for having permission to share another person’s information or images of a non-public place.
5. Why information is used
Information is used only where there is a proper reason connected with the service or the operation of the business.
- To respond to an enquiry and decide whether the requested work appears suitable.
- To prepare, confirm, schedule, deliver and administer an agreed service.
- To create a private payment request, process and verify payment, issue invoices and receipts, handle failed or duplicate payments, and administer cancellations or refunds.
- To communicate service information and answer questions or complaints.
- To keep accurate financial, tax, security and audit records and comply with Cambodian law or another legal obligation that applies.
- To protect clients, the website, the payment flow and the business from misuse, fraud or security incidents.
- To improve the reliability and clarity of the website and administration using aggregated or appropriately de-identified information where practical.
6. Wellbeing and other sensitive information
Please share only what is reasonably relevant. Angkor Healing does not need a complete medical history for an initial enquiry. Where sensitive wellbeing information is voluntarily supplied, it is used only to consider suitability, arrange or deliver the requested work, protect safety, or meet a legal obligation.
Sensitive wellbeing information is kept separate from payment descriptions and routine accounting exports. A payment request uses a discreet service description and reference rather than a diagnosis, symptom history or private narrative.
7. Information about a home, business, land or farm
5D Feng Shui can require enough information to understand the place and its use. Plans, photographs, videos and location details can reveal private habits, security arrangements or information about other occupants. Please remove unrelated personal material where possible and avoid sending access codes, alarm codes or unnecessary identity documents.
Property material is used for the agreed assessment, recommendations, service administration and any follow-up that forms part of the arrangement. It is not published, used as a testimonial or shared for promotional purposes without separate permission.
8. Private payment requests and ABA PayWay
A private payment request can contain your name, contact details, an invoice or order reference, a discreet service description, the agreed amount and currency, an expiry time and a verified payment status. The amount and service reference come from Angkor Healing’s server and cannot be changed by the client.
ABA PayWay processes the card, bank or wallet details needed to attempt the transaction. Those credentials are entered on or transmitted to PayWay and are not received or stored by Angkor Healing. A return to AngkorHealing.com is not treated as proof of payment; status is confirmed server-side through PayWay’s verified notification and transaction-check process.
A request that expires, is abandoned or is cancelled can remain in the accounting and security record with an unpaid, expired or cancelled status. It is not represented as a completed sale.
9. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared with providers that support secure website hosting, database storage, email or messaging, payment processing, banking, accounting, professional advice, security or technical maintenance. Each provider receives only what is reasonably needed for its role and acts under its own legal and security obligations or an appropriate service agreement.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a court, a regulator or a competent Cambodian authority; to protect a person from serious harm; to investigate suspected fraud or misuse; or in connection with a lawful reorganisation of the business. Personal information is not sold or rented and is not supplied to data brokers.
10. International processing
Angkor Healing works with clients worldwide and some technology, communication or payment providers may process information outside Cambodia or outside your country. Where that happens, reasonable steps are taken to use reputable providers and suitable contractual, organisational or technical safeguards. Different countries can have different privacy protections.
11. How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to complete an agreed service, resolve a question or dispute, protect security, and comply with accounting, tax, corporate or other legal record-keeping duties.
Enquiries that do not proceed are periodically deleted or de-identified when no continuing administrative, safety or legal reason requires them. Service and property material is reviewed after the work and follow-up are complete. Invoices, receipts, payment events and related audit records are retained for the period required by applicable Cambodian law. A deletion request cannot override a record that the law requires Angkor Healing to keep.
12. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to limit access, protect transmission, separate sensitive service notes from payment records, restrict administrative functions and keep an audit trail of material payment changes. No website, email, message or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Please do not send payment credentials, passwords or unnecessary identity documents by email or messaging. If you believe information connected with Angkor Healing has been exposed or misused, contact legal@angkorhealing.com promptly.
13. Cookies, local storage and analytics
The website may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for security, language, navigation, payment-request continuity and similar core functions. Non-essential advertising cookies are not required to enquire or use a private payment request.
If optional analytics or marketing technology is introduced later, this policy and any consent controls will be updated before that technology is enabled where consent is required.
14. Service communications and marketing
Contact details are used for direct replies and communications reasonably connected with an enquiry, payment or agreed service. Angkor Healing does not place an enquirer on a routine marketing list simply because an enquiry was made or a payment was completed.
If optional marketing is introduced, it will use an appropriate permission or other lawful basis and will include a simple way to stop future marketing. Essential service, legal, security, invoice and payment messages can still be sent where necessary.
15. Testimonials, photographs and recordings
A client account, testimonial, photograph, recording, floor plan or image of a private place is not published for marketing without separate permission. Permission can be limited, anonymised or withdrawn for future use, although withdrawal does not require recall of material already lawfully printed or distributed.
Published client stories are presented as subjective individual experiences, with identifying details removed where promised. They are not evidence of a guaranteed result for another person.
16. Artificial intelligence and automated decisions
Angkor Healing does not intentionally use private wellbeing narratives, property files, practitioner notes, payment records or client photographs to train a public artificial-intelligence model. A technology provider may use automated security or fraud controls as part of its service under its own terms.
No final decision about suitability for the work is intended to be made solely by an automated system. A direct human reply remains part of the enquiry process.
17. Children and people acting for another person
The website and private payment flow are intended for adults. Information about a child or a person who cannot provide informed agreement should be supplied only by a parent, legal guardian or properly authorised representative, and only after Angkor Healing has agreed that the enquiry can be considered.
18. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction or objection, a portable copy, or withdrawal of consent for future use. You may also ask how a particular payment, property or service record is being used.
A request can be sent to legal@angkorhealing.com. Angkor Healing may need to verify identity and may retain or withhold information where the law requires or permits that result, including where disclosure would affect another person’s privacy. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the competent privacy or consumer authority available in your country.
19. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date and version will be updated on this page. A material change affecting an existing arrangement will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
Questions, requests and complaints about privacy can be sent to legal@angkorhealing.com or by post to ANGKOR QUANTUM FENG SHUI & HEALING, Trapeang Treng, Sala Kamreuk, Siem Reap, Siem Reap, Cambodia.
