SIEM REAP · AND WHEREVER YOU ARE
A retreat ends when you leave.
This one does not.
Three kinds of private work: on the body, on the mind and emotions, and on the place you live in. Most of it happens in the background while you get on with your day. Nothing to learn, nothing to practise, no supplement, and nothing to take home in a bag.
THREE KINDS OF WORK

The body
Sleep that restores you again. Energy that is still there at six in the evening. Recovery that behaves like it did years ago. Skin, stamina, strength and the ordinary business of being comfortable inside your own body.
The Body →
The mind and emotions
A mind that goes quiet when you want it to. Composure that holds when the room does not. Decisions made cleanly under pressure. Some come carrying something heavy and want it lifted. Others are already composed and want to be sharper than composed.
The Mind and Emotions →
The place you live in
Homes, businesses, farms and land, cleared and raised from a distance. Nothing moves — no furniture, no colours, no renovation, no visit. Whatever makes the sanctuary in Siem Reap feel the way it does, done to your own address.
5D Feng Shui →A few quiet days are easy to arrange anywhere. What is hard is still having them in March.
WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS
“You do not need to concentrate, visualise, breathe in a particular way or believe anything in advance.”
On the body and the mind, the practitioner works on you directly, at a distance, and it makes no difference where either of you is. What that asks of you depends on which of the two it is. The mental and emotional sessions are booked for a time and received lying down — most people choose the hours they would be asleep anyway. The physical work happens in the background while you go about your day. You do not need to concentrate, visualise, breathe in a particular way or believe anything in advance.
The work on places is a separate discipline, done by the practitioner who leads it, and nothing in your house moves for it.
There is no clinic, no appointment to travel to, no device and no protocol to keep up between sessions. The work either does something you can notice in ordinary life, or it does not — and it is your own mornings that will tell you, not this page.
None of it has ever been advertised. Almost every client came because somebody they trusted stopped and told them, usually after being asked what on earth had happened to them.

SOMETHING SPECIFIC, DEALT WITH NOW
Three days left, and you would rather not spend them feeling rotten.
Jet lag that has not lifted. A throat that started yesterday. A stomach that has decided against Cambodia. Three hours of sleep before something that matters. These are single sessions, arranged quickly, and the answer usually arrives by morning.
Most of the people who ask for them have never been to Cambodia. Every one is delivered remotely, and a bad week is a bad week anywhere.
Individual Sessions →They came for the temples. What they take home is quieter than that, and it outlasts the photographs.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
Read the full accounts →“The nerve pain is gone. The numbness in my legs and hands is gone. The neck pain, the inflammation, the stiffness — gone. I can sit in a chair for twelve hours and feel completely fine.”
Male client, South-East Asia · Physical Rejuvenation work
“I used to be the most sensitive person you can imagine — I couldn't bear crowded places, I'd always back down and let people walk over me. Now I have extraordinary boundaries. I speak my mind, gently but firmly, and nobody walks over me anymore.”
Male client, UK · Mental & emotional work
“After the cleanse, people didn't want to leave the office. They worked later, were noisier, happier, more animated — and the business was the only one in the region to grow that year.”
Managing director · Business premises, Asia
“My body fat went from 23 per cent to 16.5 per cent in two months. I lost no muscle mass, and I had wonderful energy throughout. I've kept it off — it's been three months now.”
Male client, UK · Physical Rejuvenation work, two months
“I have the energy I had in my twenties. I want to go out, enjoy life, live it fully. I feel like myself again — the real me — after such a long time.”
Female client, Singapore · Mental & emotional work, six weeks
“I actually slept really well last night.”
Private client · Home clearing, the following morning
Every account is a client's own words, published with their consent, with names and identifying details removed. They describe individual subjective experience. They are not medical evidence, and no particular result is promised.

ONE HOUSE IN SIEM REAP
Proved on this building before it was offered to anybody.
On the edge of Siem Reap there is a private house with a terrace that is only ever lit by candles. It is not a hotel and it is not open to the public. Consultations happen there and sessions happen there. It is not a venue and there is no programme, so visits are by arrangement and never more than two people at a time: they come for tea, sit for an hour, and find out what they notice.
What they notice in that house is the whole point of this site. It should not take a flight to Cambodia. It should be there on a Tuesday, in the room you wake up in.
The Sanctuary →JOURNAL
Three things worth understanding first.

What actually happens, when nothing is in the diary
The question everyone asks first, answered plainly — including the parts that sound unlikely.

Nobody hands over what happened in a house
You are told about the damp, the drains and the boundaries. What happened in the house is the one thing nobody in the sale is required to mention, and the one nobody can.

A holiday cannot change you, and that is not a criticism of holidays
Nine calm days, gone by Monday lunchtime. Rest can be borrowed. It can also be built.
THE CONVERSATION
The whole of it is one conversation.
Say what is happening, and what you would want to be different. You will get a direct reply from the practitioner and not a sales sequence — including, if it is the honest answer, that this is not the right thing for you.
There is no public price list. What it costs depends on how much of the work you need and for how long. You are told plainly, in the reply.
